Who runs this firm

We work with good people from all over the world. Two of us carry the firm.

Kris — founder and founding director. Specialist Dutch Nationality Lawyer (jurist): Dutch nationality/citizenship, the immigration work attached to it, repair of a nationality that was lost, and EU Freedom of Movement rights. Formerly a consular officer for the Dutch government. Advises Dutch and foreign lawyers, not-for-profit foundations, government, politicians and a university, as well as individuals.

Marinka — Business, Immigration and Nationality Lawyer (jurist). Graduated in business and economics and then in law, spent several years at the Dutch Tax Office, and has since helped a long line of companies and organisations start up, grow or move across borders. She heads the Business Immigration and Startups department — the only department we have. She did not ask for the title.

Who will be doing your work

Kris and Marinka are at the helm, and they will often be involved in your case themselves. But the team is larger than the two of them, and your matter may well be handled by another of our lawyers — they are good, and they care. Sometimes two of us work on the same case together, always with your knowledge and your consent. Kris and Marinka are there throughout, to help and to review whenever that is needed.
