Marinka is our Business, Immigration and Nationality Lawyer (jurist) and a member of the senior management team. Marinka graduated in business and economics and pursued a degree in law as well. After several years at the Dutch Tax Office she gained international experience abroad and assisted many companies and organisations with growth or starting up. She can assist freelancers, small start ups to the small multinationals. Marinka supervises Habsburg & Kuijk Legal Services’ Business Immigration and Startups department. She didn’t ask for it, but we made her Head of Department as well,… the only department we have 😊.
