US citizenship
Do you live in the USA? Are you considering to become American? Do you meet all the criteria to become an American citizen? Want to make sure your naturalization application will be approved?
David is your man. David is a member of the California Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association and can help you get the best chances to secure your US citizenship.
There can be many reasons to become an American citizen, but consider it carefully. Some of the reasons can be:
- The right to vote.
- Securing your residency rights, no risk of future deportation.
- Tax benefits.
- Financial and health benefits. Especially after recent laws that drastically reduce or deny federal funding and other benefits to permanent residents, such as SSI, Medicare, FEMA funds and more.
- Petition for other members of your family to live with you.
- Move (temporary) abroad without losing any benefits in the U.S.
In order to become a US citizen, you must be eligible. Our office is experienced in helping you to evaluate if you are eligible. We can prepare and file the application for you and provide you with the questions and answers to the test of American history and government you need to pass.
There are some instances where you may already be an American citizen through your parents or grandparents. We can analyse your particular case and file the appropriate documents to assist you to acquire or verify your citizenship.
Please also check if your current country allows dual nationality/citizenship! Not all do, and thus you may need to make a tough choice. Sometimes there are exceptions allowing dual nationality. Many countries, like the UK, allow dual nationality. However, check before you start paying the application fees. One of our colleagues can assist with that.

We can assist in getting you work authorization and possibly a travel permit while waiting for application processing. In some instances, the alien cannot leave the US until the application processing is complete.
We provide you with the best advice and preparation so that the application is filed correctly to avoid delays or even the denial of your petition. We can assist in eliminating unnecessary delays by filing the appropriate documents in the order dictated by the US Department of Homeland Security.
