I want to thank Kris and his team (highlight to Chloe and her legal research) because now I can happily say that I can stay in the Netherlands! We got a warning indicating that the IND was considering to take (cancel) my family residence (permit) because we didn’t live together during 1 year. This happened because we had some inconveniences with our neighbors, work and multiple things that changed our plans, and due the lack of knowledge, we did a mistake, but Kris and his team did an amazing job and the warning was dismissed!
