Our website has been rebuilt. The reason was simple: there is a great deal on it, and too much of it was hard to find. The structure is flatter, the menus follow the way people actually search, and the site is bilingual — English and Dutch, with the language choice in the menu.
The Law Library
Under Law you will find the Law Library: Dutch nationality law, EU family rights and free movement, the rest of the world, and international child abduction. Alongside it sit definitions and self-help, free self-help resources, and the frequently asked questions — including video answers.
Services, arranged by country
Under Legal Services the work is set out country by country: the Netherlands (nationality, Tjebbes, immigration and residence, DAFT), the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and the United States. Fees sit alongside them, and “Where we work” shows where we act for clients.
News and testimonials
All news is in one place, with interviews and broadcasts kept separate. Under Testimonials you can read what clients write, and leave one of your own.
And there is a new book
Also published today: Van Rechtswege Verloren, Een Oud Zeer! — 200 pages on Dutch nationality that lapses with no letter and no decision. Free to read and to download. A debate in the Dutch parliament on the subject is expected in December; no date has been fixed. It is available in English and in Dutch.
If something does not work, or you cannot find what you came for, tell us through Contact. We are still building.
