Support and representation

When you are abroad and leave family, property and belongings behind in the Netherlands you may find yourself in need of a person who can help with local affairs. Ton is your man. Ton comes with a lot of integrity and can act as your, or your parent(s), (legal) representative.

Ton brings 25 years of experience in the management of personal administrations/collections, coordination of care management, settlement of estates, curator, mentor and trustee activities. Ton works throughout the Netherlands. Ton collaborates with our Dutch colleagues in various disciplines such as in the field of notarial practice, administrations, tax experts, legal advice and appraisers.

Clients put their trust in Ton and he’s got excellent references on his work assisting as curator, executor, notary liaison, personal representative, mentor, consultant and assistant on Long term care / Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz), and more.

While Ton focuses on the humane aspects of helping individuals, he also assists organisations and companies.

International money transfers

Habsburg & Kuijk Legal Services does not offer financial products or services. However, for our clients we introduce Jason, account manager Currencies 4 You, who can assist you or your organisation. Insured and secured money transfers with some of the best exchange rates you can find. And unlike some services, you will get your own personal relationship manager to support you. So far all our clients have been happy with Jason and his team. Currencies 4 You’s Payment and Foreign Currency Exchange Services are provided by Equals Connect Limited which is part of the Equals Group plc. Equals Connect is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide payment services. (Financial Services Register No: 671508)
