We are excited to welcome Chloë Faucher, who has joined our team as of 01 February 2024.

As a globetrotter and aspiring polyglot, Chloë has always had a keen interest in world cultures, languages, and political science. Growing-up in a Dutch family, and in an immigration-based country exposed her to members of various diasporas, as well as their perceptions of national identity. The loss of her Dutch nationality led her on a research journey through the complicated field of nationality law, and it has allowed her to become well acquainted with the nationality laws of a number of countries, including the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.

Chloë knows that the laws governing nationality/citizenship in many states are known to be complex, and in some cases, convoluted. As a former Dutch national who experienced the difficulties of navigating this field, Chloë aims to use her intimate knowledge and expertise to help clients resolve their nationality and immigration related challenges.
