After our original application to the Dutch immigration services was rejected, we sought out Kris’ help with our bezwaarschrift (appeal/objection), and we cannot highlight enough how valuable the information he had for us was. The fast responses and in depth explanations to even our smallest questions were a great help to ease stress and clearly explained to us what our next steps were to insure we had the best chance of an approved application. After severe delays with the decision-making process, Kris also helped us with both a complaint and finally an ingebrekestelling (default) form, which gave us the positive result we had been waiting for.
The delays we faced were severely stressful, in total we had waited 8 months for a response and 2 of those were over the bezwaarschrift deadline before we decided we had waited long enough for the IND to respond. Throughout it all we had Kris’ support for we which we are so grateful, and we cannot recommend him enough. He is patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
