Kris was amazing for me and my family when going for our Dutch Passport applications. The challenge was first my parents because their last Dutch passports were issued in 1991 and they lived in Australia since. The officials were then a bit difficult with my own application later. Kris was very clear when it came to answering any of my questions and provided very clear information and instruction with what was required. Couldn’t fault him and as a result we received our desired outcome!
