Urgency or Emergency!?
In our line of work we prefer to do things thoroughly and take our time to prepare so you have the best chances of a positive outcome. Therefore we tend to dislike urgent or emergency situations. Don’t wait too long with asking questions and taking action.
However, if you have a situation where there is an Urgency or Emergency then do contact us and explain what the situation is.
Emergency – What to do!?
Some people have a week or two the time to get their paperwork organised before the end of a deadline and they may as a result lose their nationality or other rights. That is a real Emergency and should get immediate priority and attention. Not only does it take time to collect the right documentation, government authorities are also not quick. We can sometimes help with this and we prefer you avoid losing your nationality rather than later becoming our customer. Let us know when you have an Emergency!
Urgency
You have one or two months the time to put in an appeal or meet a deadline. This is urgent and needs attention. Point the deadline out to us. We will do our best to meet the urgent deadline.
Too late!
If it is already too late and your deadline has recently passed, still contact us and let us know what happened. Who knows we may be able to find a solution. We may have some trade secrets here, we may not. If you don’t ask….
Too late anyway!
In all situations, we are also relient on you and the government. We can’t work miracles and depend a lot on the information and documentation that you can provide to us. Some government documentation we can request on your behalf. Although we have good connections and back channels we may find that even we couldn’t make the deadline. We therefore do not make promises. What we can promise is that we will do our utmost to avoid such situations.
